Acceptance of terms
By using the service, with or without an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
What you may not do
You may not use this service to: swap faces or create deepfakes of real people; generate sexual, nude or otherwise explicit imagery; generate imagery of celebrities or other public figures; generate or manipulate imagery of minors in any sexual or suggestive context; remove watermarks from content you do not own; or produce anything that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law. Uploads and outputs are automatically checked and blocked runs are refunded. Repeated attempts result in the account being closed.
Rights in what you upload
You keep ownership of what you upload, and you confirm you have the right to upload it. Do not upload photographs of other people without their agreement.
Rights in what you generate
Results are yours to use, including commercially. Note that generated images are produced by third-party models whose own terms may apply, and that in several jurisdictions purely AI-generated images may not attract copyright protection at all.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Accounts are for a single user unless your plan says otherwise.
Credits
Running a tool consumes credits. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over; separately purchased credit packs do not expire. If a run fails for a technical reason, or is blocked by our content checks, the credits are returned automatically.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
A first subscription can be refunded in full within 7 days, no reason needed. After a renewal we do not refund the current period, but you can cancel so it does not renew again. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 30 days. Individual results are not refundable in cash — image generation is subjective and we cannot judge it for you — but if a result is not what you asked for, we will redo it once at no cost. Runs that fail technically, are blocked by our content checks, or exceed their budget are refunded in credits automatically, without you asking.
Availability and accuracy
AI tools produce approximations. Upscaling and photo enhancement reconstruct plausible detail rather than recovering what was actually there, so results must not be relied on as evidence or as a faithful record. The service is provided as is, without warranties.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
